Technical Support Specialist (CCTV, Gates, Security)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus quarterly bonuses, full technical training, career progression, pension, 29 days holiday, early Friday finish.
Office based role, commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield and surrounding areas.
OverviewWe are looking for an engineer or technical support background within the security, gates or CCTV industry to assist customers with technical queries and advice, drawing on product knowledge. This role requires a shift from road to office, with comprehensive training and clear progression.
The Role- Producing quotes and coordinating production.
- Managing technical enquiries.
- Providing technical support and sales assistance.
- Background in gates, security, CCTV industry or similar.
- Looking to receive full technical training.
- Seeking an office-based role.
- Relevant experience in CCTV, Automatic Gates, Security.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
