This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future Test Data strategy while leading a team focused on data masking, synthetic data and test data provisioning using modern tooling.

As the Test Data Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of four Test Data Engineers, ensuring high-quality test data services are delivered across multiple work streams.

You will:

• Own the Test Data Strategy, Roadmap and Operating Model.
• Lead the delivery of masked, migrated and synthetic test data solutions.
• Manage and develop a team of Test Data Engineers.
• Oversee Test Data tooling and services, including K2
  
  View.
• Drive automation and reusable test data capabilities across Build and End-to-End Testing teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier and third-party delivery relationships.
