Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an ITSM Service Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT managed services from Suffolk on a 6-month contract.
You will be the primary customer-facing interface, ensuring service performance, governance and continual improvement across multiple service towers and vendors. Active SC clearance is required to enable transfer and ongoing operations.
