Change Manager, IT​/Tech

We are looking for an approachable and collaborative Change Manager to join our SaaS delivery team in a hybrid role based near our Leeds office. In this customer-facing position, you will lead deployments and training across various products, requiring travel as necessary.

As a key member of our seasoned training and change management team, you will guide organisations through Google Workspace implementations and the deployment of AI solutions. Outstanding public speaking and presentation abilities are essential, as your responsibilities will include conducting 1-on-1, classroom, and virtual training, alongside facilitating stakeholder change management workshops.

Your role will also include working in our SaaS Delivery team to lead change management activities within a project in building strategies around transitioning between platforms, communicating business change and supporting end users during their transition to Google Workspace, adoption of new tools and technologies.

This role offers significant exposure to a diverse, rapidly evolving suite of tools, which you will be expected to gain full proficiency in from an end-user perspective.

Technologies / Skillset:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Computer literate and confident learning new technologies
• Self reliant with strong capability to learn and adapt to constant change
• Experienced using communication, editor and AI tools
• Experienced in change management methodologies
• Have past experience as a trainer or teacher, as well as delivering change management projects
• Comfortable with engaging in conversation and working within teams
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Hold a full UK driving licence

It would be advantageous for any candidate to:

• Experience training of software / SaaS based solutions
• Have a genuine passion for learning new technologies
• B2B classroom teaching experience
• A Change Management certification

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the Change Management SME within projects
• Work with a project team to understand technical implementations
• Translate technical terminologies into understandable terms for non-technical users
• Building and maintaining Change Management solutions
• Writing clear end user comms preparing them for technical transformations
• Delivering Workshops to key business stakeholders
• Understanding and updating training structures
• Performing live training sessions on SaaS technologies
• Both writing and video recording end user guides
• Applying knowledge in Change Management methodologies
• Providing direct end user support in the form of floor walking and on video calls

Other elements may include:

• Promoting and leveraging Google Workspace to replace old business processes
• Being at the forefront of technology, presenting ideas and solutions internally
• Upskilling internal staff members by performing onboard training sessions
• Publishing articles and blogs to promote our brand
