Business Intelligence Analyst

Overdales Legal is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive insight across the full end‑to‑end litigation journey. The role involves working closely with the Strategy Delivery team and leaders across the business to analyze data, spot trends, and influence decision‑making. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Power BI reporting, supporting the BI framework, analyzing strategy effectiveness, and delivering high‑quality ad‑hoc analysis for business needs.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support the organization’s BI framework.
• Analyze strategy effectiveness such as communication impact and digital customer engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand MI needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain documentation and keep data models up to date.
• Resolve data issues and deliver ad‑hoc analyses on demand.

• Strong numeracy skills and confidence working with quantitative data.
• Experience in an analytical role with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate SQL skills and ability to build dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a wider team.
