beaumont, a Leeds-founded MSP, is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Engineer to anchor the escalation function at their Leeds site. The role splits roughly 40-60% BAU escalations and project work, covering AD, DNS/DHCP, hybrid mail, Intune, and cloud services across a growing multi-region estate.
The successful candidate will work across Hyper-V, Intune, M365 deployments, and firewall/network changes, with a strong emphasis on documentation and service excellence.
