Information Technology Support Engineer

As a Product Engineer
, you will develop, improve, and maintain tools that support code management, build, deployment, and automation processes. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams, providing guidance on best practices for build, deployment, and configuration management while proactively supporting infrastructure and application issues.

This role also involves ensuring the ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrade of technology components to enable reliable and efficient delivery across all environments.

• Interface with development and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of project goals.
• Proactively troubleshoot and support issues related to infrastructure and application deployments.
• Provide assurance and guidance on build/deployment best practices and configuration management across development, test, and production environments.
• Take ownership of ongoing support, upgrades, and maintenance for key technology components.

• Systems & Infrastructure: Good working knowledge of Linux
  , Networking
  , and if possible PKI
  .
• Tooling: Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Open Source: Ability to leverage a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
