• Act as a trusted senior advisor, guiding clients through complex technology decisions
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable technical plans
• Support pre-sales activity including solution design, scoping, and proposals
• Oversee client project delivery, keeping quality, pace, and commercial alignment on track
• Step in with hands-on guidance when technical or delivery challenges arise
• Champion consistent standards and a culture of continuous improvement
• Mentor engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
• Play an active role in recruitment and building a high-performing, diverse team
• Drive knowledge sharing and capability growth across the organisation
• Spot opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow accounts

• Manage vendor relationships and guide investment in tools and platforms
• Own and develop key technology partnerships (such as AWS), aligned to our tech strategy
• Unlock commercial opportunities within partner networks to support revenue targets
