Centrica Energy is seeking a seasoned Head of IT Service Operations to stabilise and optimise our trading infrastructure services. You will bridge Trading, Group Technology and external suppliers, driving ITIL maturity, automation and operational excellence across the platform.
The role demands leadership of incident management, governance constructs, and continuous improvement, with on-site London Mayfair work three days per week and occasional travel to Denmark and Belgium.
