This role supports the delivery and continuous improvement of commercial contracts and pricing technology platforms that enable compliant, efficient, and scalable contracting across the EMEA business.

The Professional, EMEA Contracts Systems partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations teams to translate business needs into system capabilities, ensuring contract accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong user adoption. This role has a direct impact on revenue execution, compliance, and customer experience by ensuring contracts systems perform reliably and align with evolving business needs and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial Technology product owners and business stakeholders to support contracts and pricing systems, including requirements gathering, configuration support, and solution validation.
  • Analyze business processes related to contract creation, approval, execution, and maintenance, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology enhancements.
  • Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
  • Support system testing activities, including UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation of fixes prior to production deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to ensure data integrity, system integrations, and performance across connected commercial platforms.
  • Provide operational support, issue analysis, and root‑cause investigation for contracts system incidents and user inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials to support end‑user adoption and compliance.
  • Ensure solutions align with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, internal controls, and applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
