Job Description & How to Apply Below

We're partnering with one of Yorkshire's most exciting eCommerce success stories. Following an incredible period of growth, the business is investing heavily in its digital experience, making this the perfect time to join.

This is a newly created role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience across a high-traffic retail website, helping to create intuitive, seamless journeys that make a real difference to customers and the wider business.

Working closely with teams across Creative, eCommerce, CRO, CRM and Marketing, you'll use customer insight, data and great design thinking to continually improve the online experience. You'll have the freedom to challenge existing journeys, explore new ideas and see your work have a genuine commercial impact.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer or in a similar user-centred design role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design and problem-solving.
  • Advanced Figma skills, with experience working within and evolving design systems.
  • Experience designing for digital products, ideally within eCommerce, retail or other high-traffic websites.
  • A solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design and information architecture.
  • Experience using customer insight, behavioural data or research to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation and conversion-led design.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, eCommerce, Marketing and CRM.
  • A good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practice.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and influence stakeholders.

In return, you'll join an ambitious, fast-growing business with exciting plans for the future, where you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction of UX and grow your career as the company continues to scale.
