CR3 seeks an experienced UK Operations Manager to lead its UK operational and technical support function. You will report to the VP of Operations and manage a small, skilled team, while driving customer service excellence, efficiency, and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure operational excellence, oversee onboarding for MSP partners, and maintain documentation and best practices.
