Emovis Operations Leeds, part of Abertis Mobility Services (AMS), is looking for an experienced Security Manager (EMEA) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Global Security Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing information security, compliance, risk management, and business resilience activities across our UK and European operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who enjoys balancing technical security requirements with governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain compliance with security standards and accreditations including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, Cyber Essentials Plus and IT Health Checks.
* Conduct internal audits, control reviews, and risk assessments.
* Maintain and monitor the organisational risk register.
* Support business continuity and resilience planning activities.
* Coordinate vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and remediation programmes.
* Assist with the investigation and resolution of information security incidents.
* Deliver security awareness initiatives, user training, and phishing simulations with associated auditable records (throughout Emovis globally).
* Support project teams by identifying security requirements and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Work closely with UK and international stakeholders to continuously improve security practices.
* Oversee annual third-party security audits for European business entities.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Security Manager or similar information security role.
* Strong understanding of cyber security, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
* Extensive knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and data protection requirements.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, vulnerability management, and SIEM tools.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or ITIL are desirable.
Additional Information
* Based in Leeds with regular travel to Runcorn and occasional UK and European travel (approximately 25%).
* DBS clearance required.
