The IT Team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.

The SAP team is part of the IT function and plays a key role in optimising and transforming our SAP applications and associated Enterprise Systems. We support business areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Capital Delivery and Asset Maintenance/Management. Our team consists of functional and technical consultants, along with support related roles in Project Management, Business Analysis and Service Management, the SAP Manager - Security will play a key role in the SAP Security team driving business change and being a subject matter expert for the technology within this space.

Where you fit in:

As our SAP Manager - Security you will:

• Define, implement, and maintain the SAP Security roadmap aligned with our information security policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal SAP security consultants.
• Own the SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module, managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, mitigation controls, and emergency access (Firefighter).
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring continuous compliance.
• Work with IT SAP project teams to embed the security requirements/design into all new SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Work with an offshore AMS security team on incidents, problems, role assignment.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorisations, with multiple years managerial experience.
• Good experience with S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW and SAP Public Cloud products like Success Factors, Concur, Ariba, Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, from a security perspective.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC (Access Control and Process Control).
• Deep understanding of SAP security auditing tools.
