, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll systems run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly for thousands of colleagues across and Jet2holidays
. Acting as the subject matter expert for SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you'll drive system optimisation, continuous improvement, and innovation across our HR and Payroll landscape.

As we continue to grow, you'll play an important role in ensuring our HR and Payroll systems evolve to meet the needs of our colleagues and our business.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), providing specialist knowledge and support across the business.
- Configuring, maintaining and optimising payroll schemas, rules and system settings to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Supporting quarterly releases, system upgrades and regression testing activities, ensuring new functionality is successfully deployed.
- Managing payroll-related incidents, service requests and root cause investigations, driving timely and effective resolutions.
- Supporting integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Finance systems and third-party providers.
- Ensuring system security, audit controls, GDPR requirements and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to enhance HR and Payroll processes and user experience.
- Producing and analysing payroll and system data, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions and operational performance.
- Maintaining robust system documentation, knowledge articles and operating procedures to support governance and business continuity.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
What you'll have:
- Data analysis and reporting capability.
- Stakeholder management and vendor management experience.
- Proven experience working with SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll systems, processes and best practice.
- Experience of system configuration, testing, release management and change control activities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data and insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across multiple business areas.
Qualifications:
Relevant HRIS, Payroll or SAP certification desirable.
