  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape technology roadmaps and transformation programmes.
  • Lead complex cloud and infrastructure engagements across multiple client environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and governance for cloud-native platforms and managed services.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, supporting both technical development and career growth.
  • Contribute to pre‑sales activities, proposals, and technical solution design.
  • Represent the organisation through thought leadership, community engagement, and industry events.
  • Support hiring activities and help develop a high‑performing engineering practice.
Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a consultancy, professional services, or client‑facing environment.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
