As an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst you will play a key role in strengthening risk oversight across Border to Coast Pensions Partnership. You'll support the development and delivery of our Enterprise Risk Management framework through insightful risk reporting, data analysis, systems administration, incident management oversight, and quality assurance activities. You'll help identify emerging risks and trends, assess control effectiveness, and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the business.

The role – what you’ll be doing

Risk Reporting & MI

Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint to provide risk, control and incident insights to business functions, Executive Committee and Board audiences.

Produce accurate and timely management information for governance committees, highlighting trends, emerging risks and remedial actions.

Risk Systems Administration

Act as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the Risk Management System, ensuring optimal functionality and data quality.

Support with implementation, testing and deployment of risk system enhancements and supplier-driven developments.

Risk Data Analytics

Conduct detailed analysis of risk, control, KRI and incident data to identify trends, emerging risks, process weaknesses and data quality issues.

Incident Management Oversight

Support second-line oversight of incident management processes across the business.

Risk & Control Assurance

Support quality assurance reviews of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), including attestations, control assessments and supporting risk data analysis.

Challenge the completeness, accuracy and effectiveness of business function RCSAs and associated control environments.

Track assurance actions through to satisfactory completion.

Contribute to deep-dive reviews and independent validation activities as agreed by the Chief Risk Officer.
