Climate change Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas.

We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support, maintain and enhance project SharePoint Online environments and associated Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. Working closely with Digital Services, Information Management specialists, project teams and business stakeholders, you will help ensure our SharePoint services are secure, well governed, user focused and aligned with organisational requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, site collections and hubs.
• Manage user access, monitor platform health and support site creation, archival and disposal.
• Provide first-line user support, resolve technical issues and develop guidance and training materials.
• Promote effective document management, metadata, information architecture and governance practices.
• Identify and deliver improvements, including automation using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate and Forms.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend practical collaboration solutions.

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

• Experience administering SharePoint Online in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• A good understanding of SharePoint permissions, groups and security models.
• Knowledge of document management and information governance principles.
• Experience supporting users and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and organise your own workload effectively.

Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams administration, information architecture, records management, Power BI or large enterprise collaboration environments would be advantageous. You will have a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience;
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, information management or records management certifications are desirable.
