We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in the Leeds office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Within your role as a New Business Client Advisor you’ll primarily be responsible for bringing in new SME clients to the Enterprise part of the business. Additionally you’ll be responsible for servicing a range of commercial insurance policies.

As a Client Advisor once you have received initial training and support you will be responsible for servicing new business clients and this can involve managing renewals invoicing producing new quotes upselling / cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.

• Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
• Manage all day-to-day queries new business renewals amendments and mid-term adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients prospects client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.

• Previous experience within a similar Insurance Account Manager role is preferred however client / customer facing experience gained from within a similar role or working environment will be considered.
• Strong literacy numeracy administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications / grades gained during education
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products

• Previous experience within a similar role / industry
• Excel Word & Outlook knowledge
