Job OverviewOur client, a highly respected insurance broker, is growing fast and looking for a talented Corporate Account Handler to join their commercial division. This role offers genuine autonomy to build relationships and deliver exceptional service while developing expertise in commercial insurance.
Responsibilities- Act as the trusted advisor for clients, managing everything from policy amendments and renewal reviews to new business quotations.
- Build long‑term relationships, ensuring customers receive first‑class service.
- Continuously expand the local business portfolio and spot growth opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy in all detailed tasks related to insurance policies.
- At least two years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities deadline‑driven.
- Excellent rapport‑building skills; a genuine enjoyment of becoming a client’s trusted partner.
- Commitment to professional development, preferably working towards or holding CII qualifications.
- Comfortable with industry software and adaptable to new systems.
