Senior Commercial Account Handler
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes Consulting Group are seeking a Senior Commercial Account Handler to join a leading Leeds based insurance broker. As a senior member of the broking team, you will play an important role in managing and maintaining key accounts, building strong client relationships, and providing a consistently high level of technical support and advice. You will also act as a point of technical reference for less experienced colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in conjunction with the incumbent Account Executives to ensure an excellent level of client service.Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and coverage extensions with both clients and insurers.Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers.Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and client-specific internal policies.
EXPERIENCE
Ideally have 5 years or more commercial broking experiencePossess a broad technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.Cert CII qualified or above would be beneficialFamiliarity with FCA Principles and Procedures
DAY-TO-DAY
You will engage in daily client interactions, negotiating renewal terms, and managing communications with insurers.Responsible for preparing marketing presentations, renewal reports, and responding to client queries and requests for alterations.
