Motability Claims Handler

Job Title – RTA Motability Claims Handler Salary: circa £28,000 Leeds 12 month FTC

This is a great job for someone who has a law degree and or some experience as a claims handler within a legal role. If you're looking for your first role within a legal team managing diverse case load of personal injury claims from start to finish this role could be for you.

You'll join our Motability RTA team, helping customers achieve fair outcomes following road traffic accidents. You'll manage a varied caseload, assess claims, review evidence and resolve disputes. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll handle personal injury claims from first notification through to settlement. Your work will help us deliver excellent customer service while making sure claims are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll play an important role in supporting customers when they need us most.

• A law degree.
• Some understanding of the OIC portal, MOJ process.
• Some understanding of RTA (road traffic accident) and PI (personal injury claims)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Keen and enthusiastic to develop knowledge within legal litigation claims across personal injury and road traffic accident.
