Permanent, full time Overview of the Actuary role Sellick Partnership is currently partnered with a well-established consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Actuary into their Leeds-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing specialist advice on Defined Benefit pension schemes while supporting a range of strategic projects. The role would suit a qualified actuary who is confident managing relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice.

Key responsibilities of the Actuary will include Acting as a key contact for clients, providing clear and practical actuarial advice Supporting senior stakeholders in maintaining and developing client relationships Attending client meetings, presenting findings and recommendations Reviewing actuarial calculations, reports and outputs Identifying risks and opportunities across client portfolios Required experience/qualifications of the Actuary will include Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) or equivalent Strong experience working with Defined Benefit pension schemes Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Experience supporting delivery across multiple work streams Benefits available alongside the Actuary position include (but aren't limited to):
