Fleet Insurance Account Handler Liverpool | £26,000 - £33,000  Excellent Benefits | Office Based Are you an experienced commercial insurance professional with knowledge of fleet, motor or multi-vehicle policies? CKB Recruitment is working with a long-established specialist insurance broker that is looking to recruit a Fleet Insurance Account Handler for its Liverpool office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, managing and supporting a growing portfolio of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor clients.

The Role You will act as a key point of contact for clients and insurers, providing day-to-day policy support and ensuring customers receive an accurate, responsive and professional service. Working closely with the Fleet Managers, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the onboarding of new fleet and commercial motor clients Handling client and insurer enquiries by telephone and email Processing mid-term adjustments and policy documentation Maintaining accurate records on CRM and policy administration systems Monitoring renewal dates, deadlines and outstanding actions Working with underwriters to resolve cover queries and policy issues Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners Identifying cross-selling opportunities across commercial insurance products Following internal procedures and regulatory requirements Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What We Are Looking For To be considered, you will need:
At least 1 years experience dealing with commercial insurance Experience dealing with commercial fleet risks. Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Experience using CRM, broking or policy administration systems A proactive, customer-focused and solution-driven approach The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities The Company Our client is a well-established insurance business that has been supporting customers for more than 65 years.
