Davies in Leeds is seeking a Deputy Team Leader for Casualty Claims. You will balance hands-on claims work with leadership duties, mentoring junior colleagues and driving client service excellence. Manage a varied caseload of around 150 EL/PL/product/property damage claims while supporting the Team Leader to meet targets and quality standards.
The role is based in Leeds with a 1 day in-office / 4 days from home pattern, working 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.
