This is a key hire within a growing broking team, supporting an influx of mid-market and corporate clients. You’ll take ownership of complex risks, work closely with Account Executives, and play a central role in mentoring junior brokers. The position offers autonomy, exposure to higher-value cases, and the opportunity to shape both client outcomes and team development.

• Manage mid-market and corporate risks:
  Handle complex cases across a range of sectors, delivering tailored insurance solutions
• Build insurer relationships:
  Strengthen open market connections to support effective manual broking
• Support and mentor junior brokers:
  Contribute to team capability while developing leadership experience
• Handle renewals and large premium cases cradle to grave:
  Maintain high standards across key client portfolios
• Collaborate with Account Executives:
  Support new business growth and overall team performance

• Strong commercial insurance broking experience across multiple product lines
• Experience handling mid-market or corporate risks with open market broking exposure
• Proven ability to build relationships with insurers in the open market
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and develop others
