Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the commercial property function, including limited company and complex transactions.

* Manage your own fee-earning caseload while supporting and mentoring the wider property team.

* Drive business development initiatives to grow the commercial client base.

* Ensure compliance and best practice across the property function.
