• Manage a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters
• Handle transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a well-structured, team-focused environment

• Minimum 5 years’ experience handling residential property transactions
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
