A well-established and highly regarded Yorkshire-based law firm is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2-6 PQE) due to continued organic growth.
The role is primarily based in Leeds City Centre; candidates seeking flexibility to work from alternative regional offices across Yorkshire will also be considered.

You will be joining a well-established team of experienced practitioners who provide excellent supervision, training and ongoing support. This is a genuinely collaborative environment where development is encouraged and individuals are given a voice.
The RoleThe firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join its claimant team.
You will manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion. All matters are multi-track, with caseloads dictated by complexity (typically under 40 files). Paralegal and secretarial support is provided, and you will assist colleagues as required.
Work is largely referral-based, resulting in a mix of high-value, complex claims and more straightforward matters. The firm is selective about the cases it accepts.
Candidate ProfileYou will have experience running a claimant clinical negligence caseload, either exclusively or predominantly.
You will demonstrate strong client care skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. You will be technically competent, commercially aware and committed to delivering high-quality work.
APIL Litigator or Senior Litigator accreditation is desirable, depending on experience.
