In-house Real Estate role | Leeds | Hybrid Working | £ Attractive and Flex Bens The Client

Sacco Mann is delighted to be partnering once again with a long-standing and highly regarded client — a leading UK institutional investment organisation, owned by a collective of public-sector schemes. Together, these partner schemes represent thousands of employers and over one million members nationwide.

The organisation is responsible for the management and strategic oversight of a substantial investment portfolio, with tens of billions of pounds under management. It is widely recognised for its collaborative culture, long-term outlook and commitment to responsible, sustainable investment.

This is a business we know exceptionally well, having made several successful placements over the years, and one that genuinely invests in its people and provides an outstanding working environment.

The Role

The in-house legal team is a highly respected and integral function within the organisation, operating at the very heart of the business. Due to continued growth, there is now a rare opportunity for a UK-qualified real estate solicitor to join the team and work closely alongside the existing property specialist during an exciting phase of development.

The role will focus primarily on commercial property matters, however there is genuine scope to broaden your skill set by incorporating elements of more generalist company commercial work into your day-to-day practice. Full training and support will be provided for those keen to expand their experience.

This is a hybrid position, with full-time employees typically spending three days per week in the organisation’s modern central Leeds offices. Flexibility around working hours is also supported, reinforcing the business’s commitment to work‑life balance.

The Person

You are likely to be UK-qualified with a minimum of two years’ PQE, gained within a well-regarded private practice or in-house legal team. Experience across acquisitions, disposals, asset management, funds or pensions would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.

More important is your collaborative, professional and personable approach, and a genuine desire to be part of a values-led organisation where quality, integrity and teamwork are paramount.

The Benefits

A competitive salary, discretionary bonus and an attractive, flexible benefits package are on offer, alongside excellent long-term career development prospects within a supportive and high-calibre legal team.
