A highly regarded London-based disputes firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract.

The role will sit within a market‑leading team specialising in commercial litigation and civil fraud, with work spanning complex commercial disputes, fraud‑related claims, and matters with a strong cross‑border dimension. Associates in the team are closely involved in substantial High Court proceedings and work directly with partners and senior lawyers on strategically significant cases.

The firm is looking for candidates with:

• Prior experience in a reputable commercial litigation practice
• Strong technical ability and sound judgement in a disputes environment

While UK qualification is preferred, the team is open to considering foreign‑qualified lawyers, particularly from common law jurisdictions, where candidates bring strong litigation training and relevant experience. This flexibility reflects the role's fixed‑term nature and the practical focus of the work.
