An international law firm is seeking an experienced Aviation Finance Paralegal to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions within a dynamic and fast-paced team.

• Assist with aviation finance transactions, including aircraft and engine financing, leasing, and related commercial contracts.
• Prepare, review, and organise complex legal documents and transaction files.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence to support transactional and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external counsel to ensure smooth execution of deals.
• Support partners and senior associates with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks related to aviation finance matters.

• Previous experience in aviation finance or asset finance within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong understanding of aircraft and engine financing, leasing, and related legal documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work and meet strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
