We are currently recruiting for a committed and inquisitive junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our client's Leeds-based team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-quality litigation cases, including warranty and indemnity claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, contractual disputes, and other complex disputes. • Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including professional negligence and pension disputes
• Advise clients across various sectors, including large corporates, SMEs, and owner‑managed businesses
• Manage disputes from inception through to resolution, ensuring high standards of client service
• Assist in strategic case management
• Contribute to client relationships via meetings and events

• Strong litigation skills - although these don’t have to be within commercial litigation
• Some experience in commercial litigation is desirable but not essential
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Motivated with a proactive attitude and a desire to develop professionally
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as needed
