Position: Conveyancer - Award Winning Yorkshire Firm
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (2+ Years' Experience) An award-recognised, multi-office law firm with a strong regional presence is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its well-established and highly regarded property team. The firm is known for its consistent quality of work, loyal client base and collaborative culture, with its conveyancing department praised for delivering a personal, efficient and high-quality service.

The role can be based in any of the firm's five offices, with flexibility to move between offices if preferred, offering variety, collaboration and exposure to a broad range of residential property work.The role will include:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Providing clear, practical advice and an excellent client experience throughout
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices
• Maintaining high standards of compliance and file management

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience
• Solid background in residential conveyancing
• Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, organisation and client-care skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
