A Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE) is sought to join an ambitious and growing team advising SMEs, regional businesses and high‑net‑worth entrepreneurs. A significant volume of corporate and commercial work is generated through a London presence, creating a strong pipeline of high‑quality instructions.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with genuine opportunity to develop your expertise and build your profile within the department.

The role will involve:

• Advising on share and asset sales and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
• Supporting on corporate restructures and governance matters
• Acting for businesses across a range of sectors
• Contributing to business development and wider firm initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Corporate and Commercial work
• Have experience gained at a strong regional or City firm
• Demonstrate strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
• Bring independence of thought and a collaborative approach
• Be ambitious and motivated to grow within a developing team

• Salary from £55,000+ depending on experience
• Access to London‑referral corporate work
• Exposure to high‑quality transactions
