Senior Claims Handler - Casualty​/Property Leeds

My client is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated personal injury, property damage, and first-party property claims of unlimited value. You will provide a full cradle-to-grave service for insurers, MGAs, syndicates, and self-retained policyholders, primarily in the London market.

The Leeds-based team is market-leading in defendant personal injury work, regularly handling complex, high-profile matters including cases with cross-border quantum issues. They focus on efficient, modern claims handling supported by strong technology and process innovation.

Work Types

• Third-party personal injury and property damage
• First-party property claims
• Cases across sectors including social care, leisure, construction, and retail
• UK, Ireland, and international matters

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years' experience in defendant personal injury and property claims within a legal or insurance setting
• Proven experience managing pre-litigated fast-track and multi-track liability/property claims (ideally including EL/PL and medical malpractice)
