Are you a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor looking to join a leading national law firm with a strong commitment to legal aid. This national firm is looking to expand its Family Law team with an experienced Solicitor in Leeds.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a seasoned Family Law Solicitor with Child Panel Accreditation and a solid following or existing caseload. You’ll be joining a supportive and growing team that delivers high-quality legal advice and representation in complex and sensitive family matters, particularly those involving children.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of public law children matters and other complex family cases.
• Providing expert legal representation and guidance to vulnerable clients under legal aid.
• Collaborating within a small, specialist team with national reach.
• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department.
• Engaging with clients compassionately and professionally.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining your professional network.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

• Be a Child Panel Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
• Have an established following, active caseload, or strong referral network.
• Be respected within the family law field for your integrity and commitment.
• Possess excellent client care skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Be motivated by making a difference, not just financial reward.
• Be ready to make an impact within a growing, specialist legal aid team.
