Senior Residential Property Solicitor

TSR Legal 500 client based in Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work within the highly successful Oxford Office. My client is looking for a candidate with excellent technical knowledge who can aid in the development and career of the more junior members within the award winning property department.

This role is a varied workload of residential property work including high value rural property and estates dealing with residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages, leasehold properties, leasehold extensions, residential property disputes, conditional contracts, overage and optionagreements as well as acting on behalf of developers.

The successful candidate for this role will be involved in all departmental marketing and business development initiatives and an opportunity for the successful candidate to make a name for themselves in the local market.
