A leading Yorkshire law firm is seeking a Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive with to join their award-winning Clinical Negligence team
.

The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative, and high-calibre team
, handling a caseload of multi-track claimant clinical negligence matters
, including high-value and complex cases.

Practice Area: Clinical Negligence – Claimant

• Manage a personal caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from client instructions to case closure.
• Handle cases at all stages, including client advice, instructing counsel and experts, and preparing documentation.
• Represent clients at Court and advocacy as required.
• Maintain accurate and compliant file management in line with office and accounts procedures.
• Provide excellent client care
  , communicating clearly and sensitively.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support staff, sharing expertise and guidance.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation for high-quality legal services through diligence, attention to detail, and professional standards.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current Practising Certificate or equivalent
  .
• 2 to 6 years PQE predominantly in claimant clinical negligence
  .
• APIL Litigator or Senior Litigator accreditation preferred (commensurate with experience).
