The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

• Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals and property investments
• Working on development and corporate occupier work
• Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
• Liaising with clients across SME, corporate and third-sector sectors
• Working closely with partners to deliver high-quality legal advice
• Ensuring excellent client communication throughout matters
• Contributing to the growth of the commercial property team

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with 1 years PQE plus in commercial property law
• Comfortable handling a varied property caseload
• Able to draft and negotiate commercial property documentation
• Commercially minded and client-focused
• A strong communicator with good organisational skills
• Ties to Leeds
