The Role Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing and formatting legal documents (including track changes, use of styles, cross-referencing and adherence to house style)
- Updating the case management system and assisting with the production of client bills
- Opening new client files and managing client onboarding processes
- Preparing court bundles and associated documentation
- Proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy
- Supporting the organisation of internal and external events
- Liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing general administrative support, including scanning, filing, archiving and photocopying
- Managing diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- The ability to manage multiple workloads and meet tight deadlines
- Experience supporting multiple Fee Earners
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
