• You will be conducting advocacy that involves all areas of employment related litigation as well as taking a lead role in the internal advocacy team developing junior members of the team.

• As an Employment Barrister, you will be playing a pivotal role within the highly successful employment team and be expected to deliver an outstanding service to clients.
• You will have substantial experience practicing in Employment Law, with a strong track record in advocacy in the Employment Tribunal.
• Ideally you will have some experience of mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
• Along with outstanding advocacy and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail you will also possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
