Locum Employment Solicitor - Leeds (Hybrid Working)

Start: ASAP, ongoing rate: £50-£60 per hour. A well-established law firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Locum Employment Solicitor to join their team on an ongoing basis while they recruit on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable locum to step into a key role, provide continuity, and support the department during a transitional period. The firm offers hybrid working and a supportive environment with a smooth handover in place.

• Managing a claimant and/or respondent employment caseload
• Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and whistleblowing matters
• Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Supporting the wider team as required
• Handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong experience in employment law Confident managing a busy caseload independently
• Available to start ASAP

• Competitive hourly rate of £50-£60 per hour (DOE)
• Hybrid working arrangement
• Ongoing assignment until a permanent hire is made
