This is a unique opportunity to join a national, Legal 500 law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal, Serious and Catastrophic Injury. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

The Person al Injury team is dedicated to securing justice and rehabilitation for adults and children who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopaedic issues. The department have a strong track record of representing clients with life-altering injuries, working proactively to secure the rehabilitation and compensation they need as early as possible to cover essential costs for care, therapy, and equipment.

The firm are now seeking a Serious Injury Associate Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including a proven track record of dealing with Serious Injury work, including litigated multi-track cases.

The successful candidate will be expected to work self-sufficiently, running a complex and diverse caseload. They will manage a complex Serious Injury caseload from inception to conclusion as well as supervising a small team. They will also progress cases in line with company targets.

The Candidate
  • Serious Injury Solicitor / Associate
  • Experience of working on a Litigated caseload
  • Supervision experience
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent client care skills
