Paralegal, Commercial Litigation

A well established regional law firm acting for businesses and private clients across a wide range of legal work.

You will support a well regarded commercial litigation team on a varied mix of complex, high value disputes. You will run your own caseload under supervision, draft pleadings and witness statements, help with disclosure and trial preparation, and deal with clients, counsel, the courts and other parties. You will also attend meetings, mediations and hearings where needed, and keep files accurate and up to date.

Working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.

Ideally some contentious experience, such as contract disputes, debt recovery or property disputes.

Good organisation and commercial awareness.

A keen interest in learning and developing within litigation.

Real case handling experience alongside experienced solicitors and partners, with room to build your career in disputes.
