A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.
The roleYou will join a busy corporate team with a focus on M&A, plus some equity capital markets, private equity and group reorganisations.
- Run several deals at once with competing deadlines
- Deliver a high level of client service
- Work with colleagues across other teams and offices, in the UK and overseas
- Coach and supervise junior lawyers
- Take part in business development
- Around 5 to 9 years PQE in corporate work
- A general M&A skill set
- Cross border or private equity experience is useful but not essential
- Experience supervising junior colleagues
- Flexible and hybrid working, open to discussion at interview
