- Strategic agreements and supply chain contracts, with a focus on manufacturing and industrial clients
- Commercial support on corporate and real estate deals
- Business development activity
- 2 to 6 years PQE in contract law in private practice
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Able to run several matters at once
- At senior associate level, coaching and business development
