A national law firm with a strong real estate client base, including the public and not for profit sectors. Teams are large, busy and collaborative.
The roleYou will support a large real estate team with day to day file management. Work includes summarising transaction documents, reviewing searches and reporting on title, land transfers, post completion work, Land Registry applications and requisitions, and preparing deeds of covenant, certificates and transfers.
What you will needAt least a 2:2 law degree or conversion and 3+ years conveyancing experience. You will need good research and drafting, strong organisation and MS Office skills. Document management and case management system knowledge would help.
