European Road Freight Coordinator (Import & Export)

Salary: £28,000 – £36,000

Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:00

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end European Road Import and Export shipments, ensuring customers receive a first-class service from collection through to final delivery.

• Coordinate European road freight import and export shipments
• Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams
• Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation
• Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
• Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations

• Previous experience within European Road Freight
• Import and Export experience
• Freight forwarding background
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments
• Customs knowledge would be advantageous

• £28,000 – £36,000 depending on experience
