Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking an Assets and Logistics Lead to join our Telecoms Division in Leeds—an exciting role at the heart of our daily operations. You’ll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team, ensuring our depots are safe, organised, and running efficiently.

Your main responsibilities will include managing stock, supporting depot safety, and regularly visiting regional sites, staying overnight when needed. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you’ll offer cover, support, and training across multiple locations, complete stock checks, and facilitate seamless processes with both staff and subcontractors.

This role is hands-on: you’ll keep records accurate, manage audits, and ensure sites remain compliant and in excellent order. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver with professionalism.

What you’ll bring;

You'll bring a solid understanding of health and safety and can communicate confidently with people at all levels. Tech-savvy, you’re comfortable using Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and you plan your week with clear organisation. With hands-on experience operating a forklift or similar machinery—plus a full UK driving licence—you’re ready to hit the ground running. Your background in logistics or stores means you know exactly how to keep operations smooth and efficient.
